Medical & Aged Care Group operates family controlled businesses with unique positions in the ownership and management of Medical Practices and the ownership of Residential Aged Care Homes.
“We consciously made a decision to operate aged care homes which are relatively smaller than most other aged care providers. We are devoted to creating a warm, intimate and friendly environment for our residents. Staff and residents alike share a strong sense of family. This feeling transcends the cooperative team spirit shared amongst our staff, importantly it also extends to our residents. They feel secure, knowing that they’re cared for and respected by those looking after them. We truly embrace the idea that happy staff make for happy residents.
Leadership delivers better care
Our company leaders make staff feel valued and supported, while understanding their responsibility for providing assistance in a way which enhances and enriches the lives of those who depend on them. At Medical & Aged Care Group, we are passionate and committed to living and breathing our company’s values. We are very proud of our people and our facilities and find that families of residents have the utmost comfort and reassurance in the care we provide their loved ones.”
