As a leading aged care provider, we have an obligation to act reasonably in the provision of a safe and secure environment for our residents. We do this through regular environmental audits and risk assessments to ensure all residents can live in a safe environment.
We are always aware of who enters our homes with keypad entry and exits and CCTV throughout common areas in our homes. Call bell systems allow residents to contact staff from anywhere within the home, with sensor mats and door sensors for extra support when required.
