On RU OK Day, MACG residents & staff focussed on the importance of looking after our mental health & well-being. A day of sharing mental health information & experiences, and participating in lots of well-being activities and events; music, dance, painting, creativity, mindfulness meditation with lots of colour, cupcakes, donuts and fun together!
