The virtual Graduation celebration was screened to residents, staff and Managers at MACG homes, Boronia , Parkdale and Casey Aged Care. Employease coordinated and facilitated this tailored program for our Lifestyle team members, who were all keen to further their studies. Thank you to Marnie, Industry Training Consultant and facilitator Fil who both supported the team through their 12 month program; adjusting to online sessions during this very challenging year. Sharon, Sharon, Tania and Vickie all spoke of the amazing support from Employease and thanked the MACG Management team for the opportunity and investment in their learning and career development. Group Lifestyle Coordinator, Jacinta thanked the team for their outstanding commitment throughout the year and highlighted the positive impacts for residents, colleagues and the MAGC lifestyle programs.
