At MACG we have been thrilled to welcome Abi into our homes at Northern Gardens & Grand Cedar to say hello and chat with residents and staff. Residents have loved meeting Abi and joining her in her favourite dances, quizzes, games, Tai Chi, and Meditation. Watching Abi dance, sprinkle us with bubbles and answer our questions has delighted everyone (including a few conversations in Italian, Arabic and Spanish).
Abi has also been visiting residents in their rooms to listen to their stories and engage in some lovely conversations.
We’ve had so much fun joining Abi for her renditions of the Cha Cha, Macarena, and Monster mash!
We see so many residents (and staff), fascinated, smiling, laughing, singing, dancing, and chatting with Abi.
There is so much love for Abi, the team have their own Abi T-shirts and the residents have bought her new outfits and hats to welcome her at their special weekly events!
