About Our Traralgon Aged Care Home
Traralgon Aged Care offers specialised palliative care services for our community. We have rooms to accommodate family and friends and built a wellness room where Allied Health professionals can perform remedial therapies.
Our Traralgon home is located just under 4 km from the Traralgon town centre, where residents and their families can enjoy several retail shops, cafes and restaurants, and the Stockland shopping centre.
